Michael C. Serverian
Partner Michael C. Serverian focuses his practice on the defense of public entities and common carriers in tort, civil rights, and employment settings. Mr. Serverian received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts of the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Serverian is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Northern California Fraud Investigators' Association. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987.

Jon A. Heaberlin
Partner Jon A. Heaberlin has significant trial experience, and focuses his practice on all forms of civil litigation, including insurance defense, public entity defense, business litigation, civil rights claims, trade secret claims, and personal injury. Mr. Heaberlin has consistently obtained successful jury trial results. He has tried cases before juries in multiple Bay Area counties and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Heaberlin has argued four cases before the Sixth District Court of Appeal and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California.
