Michael C. Serverian

Partner Michael C. Serverian focuses his practice on the defense of public entities and common carriers in tort, civil rights, and employment settings.  Mr. Serverian received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts of the University of California, Los Angeles.  Mr. Serverian is an active member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the Northern California Fraud Investigators' Association.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987.

David J. Stock

Partner David J. Stock focuses his practice on construction law, civil litigation, business law, personal injury, estate litigation, insurance coverage and defense, mediation, and arbitration. Mr. Stock has a proven record of success at trial, as well as in mediation and arbitration.  In recognition of his work, Mr. Stock has been awarded the prestigious "AV" peer rating from Martindale Hubbell, signifying that he meets the highest standards of ethical and legal ability.

Mr. Stock received his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University.  He is a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, the Defense Research Institute, and the Santa Clara County Bar Association.  Mr. Stock was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1979.

Jon A. Heaberlin

Partner Jon A. Heaberlin has significant trial experience, and focuses his practice on all forms of civil litigation, including insurance defense, public entity defense, business litigation, civil rights claims, trade secret claims, and personal injury.  Mr. Heaberlin has consistently obtained successful jury trial results.  He has tried cases before juries in multiple Bay Area counties and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.  Mr. Heaberlin has argued four cases before the Sixth District Court of Appeal and is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California.

Mr. Heaberlin earned his Juris Doctorate from the Santa Clara University School of Law, and he received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1998.

Sujata Reuter

Firm associate attorney Sujata Reuter practices in the areas of general civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, and estate litigation.  Ms. Reuter received both her undergraduate degree and her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University.  She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2004.
